A car wash, detail or ceramic is so much more than a service. There is a person behind that service and here at Splash we want to elevate that person and their work. Good people do good work, and we strive to employ the best. In doing so we create a culture that creates life long relationships. 

A job only becomes a career if there is something to achieve. We work every day to grow and create new opportunities for all our amazing employees. Listening to what is most important to individuals is how we make decisions for the company. This could mean health insurance or creating a new department like mobile detailing. These two examples are things already in place and things done in the past. We now only focus on the present and the future. 

We are always willing to train the right individual to become the next Splash master detailer. We know the traits it takes to get there: hard working, attention to detail, and great communication.
